I'm a Software Engineer who first experienced coding by writing scripts for Neopets and Gaia Online. Since then, I have been banned from Neopets, but moved on to graduate from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Computer Science, have two Software Engineering internships, and attend App Academy in San Francisco, CA.

At CliniComp, Intl. I utilized JavaScript, React, and MobX to refactor a portion of the company’s web application for error finding and improving the overall UI/UX. I also optimized the visual representation of tables by using the React Virtualized library so certain
rows and columns could stay static while other parts scrolled. My work there became the basis for future migrations of their web application to React.

At Waterfall I used Java, JUnit, and Selenium WebDriver to create automated regression tests, saving over 3 days worth of manual testing.
I experienced being exposed to the Agile work methodology with a Scrum framework, having daily stand up meetings and code reviews.
I also worked on side project that pushed Git comments to LiquidPlanner tasks, which required
the use of Bash and Git hooks.

I love experiencing new cultures. In the summer of 2017 I took a 2 month trip to Asia. I visited Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Thailand. Here's me and an owl named Arima in Japan!
In my free time I like to play badminton. I recently placed 2nd at a tournament in San Jose!
